Job Description:
The RPS Lead is responsible for stakeholders as needed to ensure all orders are transacted accurately, timely and comply with the order processing guidelines. Maintain quality control while ensuring orders’ terms comply with contractual standards. Provide user access and permissioning to DJ web services. Interact with various stakeholders to resolve customer master, pricing, inventory and order/invoice issues.



  • Working on a mail opening machine, keying
  • Ensure accuracy in processing each consolidation and as well as end of day balancing & Check 21 file
  • Manage all order fulfillment related work queues in, SOS, JIRA, etc..
  • Have an understanding of business systems and processes and recommend process and system improvements.
  • Comply with company and departmental policies, procedures and performance standards.
  • Utilize systems and tools in order to achieve department objectives.
  • Complete administrative tasks and perform other related duties as assigned
  • Research and enter orders via automated billing system.
  • Utilize FileNet (document management imaging) for scanning pertinent documents.
  • Monitor work lists and run reports
  • Interact with DataCap team and Mailing Operations, ensure smooth workflow
  • Perform other duties as required

Required Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills; verbal and written as well as excellent phone etiquette.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word and Excel.)
  • Minimum of two years experience with computers and data entry, servicing customers
  • Proven problem solving skills, detail oriented with good analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and to exercise good sound judgment.
  • Ability to project a positive image on behalf of the organization.
  • Ability to interpret and follow oral and written instructions, policies, guidelines, and processing standards.
