Job Description

The Wall Street Journal is looking for experienced audio journalists for its podcast operations in New York.


Position Requirements:

  • Will help plan, produce and edit long-form podcasts for The Wall Street Journal.

  • Will play role in series development, story suggestion and collaborating with other journalists at WSJ

  • Should have booking and field production experience

  • Must have studio production skills

  • Must have passion for podcasting and knowledge of social media and mobile trends

  • Should have experience behind the microphone, possess strong writing skills and embrace new ways for audio storytelling

  • Adobe Audition and other editing experience a big plus

  • Some travel likely
